Do I need to pay to try AlphaExam?

How do I create an account?

Enter your email and we send you a six-digit code. Entering it signs you in and creates your account at the same time. You can also continue with Google. There is no password to set or remember.

How do credits work?

Each mock test shows its credit cost up front. Starting an attempt deducts that many credits from your balance. Credits are bought in packages and are not tied to any particular exam — a credit works on any test.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them. There is no subscription and no monthly deadline.

What happens if I retake a test?

Each attempt costs credits again, and each attempt draws a fresh set of questions from the bank, so retaking is genuine practice rather than a memory exercise. Your reports are kept separately so you can compare attempts.

What happens if my internet drops during a test?

Your answers are saved to our servers as you go, so nothing is lost. Reopening the test puts you back where you were with the time that genuinely remains — the countdown runs on the server, so closing the tab does not buy you extra minutes, and you are not charged twice.

Can I move between questions and change my answers?

Yes. You can jump to any question from the palette, go back and forth freely, clear a response, and mark questions for review. Nothing is final until you submit or the timer runs out.

What happens when the timer reaches zero?

The test submits automatically with whatever you have answered, and you go straight to your report. You will see warnings when five minutes and one minute remain.

Why does the test open in fullscreen?

To mirror real exam conditions and reduce distractions. Leaving fullscreen or switching tabs is recorded on the attempt and shown to us, but it will not end your test.

What is in the assessment report?

Your total and section-wise scores, accuracy, time spent per question, your strongest and weakest topics, where you stand relative to other attempts at the same test, and a question-by-question review showing your answer against the correct one.

Can I download or share my report?

Yes. Every submitted attempt produces a PDF that you can download from your dashboard, and we email a copy to you automatically so it is easy to share with a teacher or parent.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payments are handled by Razorpay, so UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and popular wallets all work. All prices are in Indian rupees.

Can I use a discount coupon?

Yes. If you have a valid coupon code, enter it at checkout and the discount is applied before payment. Any restrictions on the coupon, such as a minimum order value, are shown when you apply it.

Is my payment information safe?

We never see or store your card details. Payment is completed on Razorpay's secure checkout, and credits are added to your account only after Razorpay confirms the payment to our servers directly.
